COOPERATION BETWEEN THE MINISTRY OF MANPOWER AND UINSA, ORGANIZING STRENGTHENING COMPETENCE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP INCUBATOR BATCHES I-VI

UINSA Newsroom, Wednesday (11/29/2023); The Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia collaborated with UIN Sunan Ampel (UINSA) Surabaya to conduct the event, ‘Strengthening the Competence of Community Work Training Center (BLK) Trainers (Entrepreneurship Incubator) 2023’ at Leedon Hotel & Suites Surabaya. This event took place for thirteen days from November 28 to December 9, 2023, attended by 150 participants from Batches I-VI.
The event was officially opened by Yahdiati, the Coordinator of Substantive Fields for Training Development. Each batch was represented for the participant badge presentation, followed by a group photo session for each batch. In addition to accommodation facilities, participants also received training support equipment such as stationery, bags, and name tags. “With this activity, it is hoped that participants can implement the materials obtained in developing their respective Community Work Training Centers,” said Yahdiati.

The first day of training proceeded smoothly, marked by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training process. Participants came from various regions across Indonesia. The implementation of the training process for each batch was adjusted according to the schedule set by the Ministry of Manpower, and each speaker who presented their material in each batch class was accompanied by one assistant.
Throughout the training, ice-breaking activities were interspersed, prepared by the speakers and assistants. This was aimed at refreshing the participants’ spirits and building a sense of togetherness during the training activities. (*)
