Welcome to the website of the Bachelor of Information Systems Study Programme, Faculty of Science and Technology, State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya.
Praise be to Allah swt who has given us physical and mental blessings, so that we can live this life without missing anything. Not forgetting sholawat and greetings to our Great Prophet Muhammad SAW, peace be upon him, along with his family, his companions, and his followers, including us, in this modern civilization full of advancements in science and technology, as we experience today. May we all be among His obedient servants who are worthy of receiving His intercession on the Day of Judgment. Amin
The Bachelor of Information Systems Program is one of the study programs in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University. It began accepting new students in 2014 and has since produced graduates who work in various institutions, including government, private sector, state-owned enterprises, entrepreneurship, and more.
The Bachelor of Information Systems Program is committed to producing professional, character-driven graduates in management who are able to compete in the job market.
This commitment is demonstrated through the implementation of a curriculum that meets SN-DIKTI standards, emphasizing specific competencies in digital transformation development for sustainable cities and community empowerment. Graduates of the Bachelor of Information Systems program are not only equipped with extensive and in-depth knowledge of economics and business but also with religious values and adequate English proficiency.
The rapid development of technology towards Industry 5.0 revolution significantly impacts the dynamics of an increasingly competitive professional workforce. The dynamics of the Industry 5.0 revolution are essential for the Bachelor of Information Systems program at UINSA to produce graduates with relevant competencies in the competitive landscape they face. This consideration drives the Bachelor of Information Systems program at UINSA to synergize the expectations of industry and community needs in every Tridharma activity of higher education, providing benefits to society both nationally and internationally.
Thus, it is expected that the journey of the Bachelor of Information Systems Program, Faculty of Science and Technology at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, can produce graduates aligned with the institution’s aspirations, capable of competing in the job market, and contributing to the nation’s intellectual advancement through the Tridharma of education, research, and community service.
