Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 458a / E / O / 2013 dated 27 September 2013, concerning Permission to Implement Study Programs in the Context of Changing the Form of State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Sunan Ampel Surabaya to State Islamic University (UIN) of Sunan Ampel Surabaya in Surabaya.
