Laboratorium Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya berperan dalam proses pembelajaran mahasiswa khususnya pada kegiatan praktikum dan memberikan dampak positif yang sangat signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas akademik. Setiap program studi di FST UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya telah memiliki laboratorium yang representatif untuk menunjang pelayanan praktikum mahasiswa dan dosen pada kegiatan pembelajaran, penelitian, maupun pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
