Inbound Student Mobility Program

The Inbound Student Mobility Program at the Undergraduate Study Program in Faculty of Theology and Philosophy, UINSA Surabaya Indonesia, offers international students from partner universities the opportunity to gain international exposure at UINSA Indonesia.

The Inbound Student Mobility Program offered by the Undergraduate Study Program in Faculty of Theology and Philosophy, UINSA Surabaya Indonesia includes a Credit Transfer Program. This allows students from partner universities to study for one semester at UINSA Indonesia. The credits earned during this period may be transferable to the students’ home universities, subject to the terms and conditions specified in bilateral agreements between the institutions.

To apply for the Inbound Student Mobility Program, please ensure that you have prepared the following documents:

• Scan of the first page of the passport and the passport’s cover book (PDF)
• Academic transcript (certified true copy, in English) (PDF)
• 2 (two) Letters of Recommendation  (PDF)
• Certificate  of  Health    
• Statement of obeying Indonesian law and Employment Declaration
• Statement of Financial Guarantee
• English Certificate (for Non-English speaking country)  (PDF)
• Proposed study program and courses
• COVID-19 vaccination certificates (obligation)
• Formal photo with red background (JPG)
