Peta kurikulum Fakultas Kedokteran UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya dirancang untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten secara ilmiah, profesional dalam praktik klinis, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Kurikulum ini terdiri dari dua tahap utama: Program Sarjana Kedokteran dan Program Profesi Dokter, dengan fokus integrasi ilmu kedokteran modern dan etika Islam.
