The Falak Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sunan Ampel Surabaya State Islamic University was established in 2015 with Decree of Establishment Number 1511 of 2015 dated March 11, 2015 signed by the Director General of Islamic Education. In 2019, the Falak Study Program received an Accredited Rating of B with a score of 340 which was determined based on Ban-PT Decree Number 3213/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VIII/2019.
